Welcome to a world of Yoga and wellbeing here in beautiful Suffolk! 

 

As a certified yoga instructor (World Yoga Alliance - 300 hours/Yoga Alliance - 200 hours) and teacher of Psychology (BSc QTS), Louisa offers a range of insights into the ways these practices can complement each other.

​

Louisa has taken part in yoga since being a teenager, and always found that when times are tough with anxiety, pregnancy, life stresses, going to a yoga class would always help bring a sense of calm.

 

Having taught Psychology for 15 years Louisa felt it was the right time to combine her love for yoga with a love for teaching and sharing the knowledge I have gained through yoga and psychology to as many of people as possible.

Having trained with Sue Fuller at Yoga2hear for my 200 hours Yoga Alliance accreditation Louisa has since completed modules in Child and teen yoga as well as a range of other online training modules through Yoga Alliance. 

​

Louisa is available to come into schools to teach yoga to both staff and pupils, as well as work places and private session for hen do's and party's.

Yoga classes in the heart of Suffolk.

Many of my classes are designed for people who may be new to yoga, or returning after a break. So I always add in clear descriptions of each pose or flow as we work through a range of yoga poses and asana's (gentle flow's) for strength and fitness.

My classes will always finish with a Savasana to ensure you reach the full benefit of your yoga class, ensuring you feel relaxed and ready to face your world afterwards, and I love to drop in some tips that you can take out of the Yoga class to help with mental and physical health.

Mindfulness and Self-Care

Focussed Yoga and pilates retreats and workshops.

Our workshops and retreats are designed to help you deepen your understanding of yoga, pilates and psychology, and to provide you with practical skills for improving your mental and physical well-being. From mindfulness meditation to yoga for anxiety, we offer a range of topics to suit your needs.

Yoga in Schools

As a qualified teacher I am extremely passionate about sharing knowledge about yoga and mindfulness techniques in schools. I am qualified in teaching Yoga to children through to teens and always plan sessions around the requests of the young people I am working with.
