A set of 3 workshops, including:

  • Overview of Perimenopause and menopause.

  • Pelvic floor dysfunction.

  • Optimising wellbeing.

Why join us?

This bespoke series of workshops led from a Physiotherapist and Psychology perspective will enable you to gain a better understanding of the changes women progress through during a lifetime. With particular focus on Perimenopause and Menopause and the natural changes that occur during these transitional phases.

Yoga focus:

As part of the three week course you will also have a session focusing on breathing techniques and yoga methods that can positively help manage emotions and feelings that may emerge as you progress through perimenopause and menopause.

Led by a qualified Psychology teacher and Yoga teacher you will gain a true insight into the changes that occur through your body and also gain tools to help you understand and put into practice in your daily life.

Meet the course experts:

Natasha has over 15 years as qualified physiotherapist with the NHS and additional training in the use of clinical pilates for women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction.

Louisa is an experienced Psychology teacher, mental health trainer and 200 hours Yoga teacher.

Pilates Focus:

When joining this three week course you will gain a clearer understanding of the anatomy of a female pelvic floor and the potential changes that occur during a lifetime and often after childbirth. You will be instructed on methods from an experienced Physiotherapist teaching clinical pilates focusing on women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction; allowing you to leave with methods to enable you to build up strength in the pelvic floor area.
