Through a blend of gentle vinyasa flow, grounding breathwork, deep Yin postures, and guided reflection, we’ll create space to release the energy of summer and welcome autumn with clarity and intention.

You will leave feeling relaxed, focused and well rested.

Monthly weight training for beginners.

25 minutes weight based exercises to build confidence and strength.

Yoga classes in Suffolk 

I'm so excited that you are here to find out about Yoga in Ipswich, Suffolk. I offer a range of classes and workshops at a number of venues across East Ipswich, Kesgrave and Woodbridge and further into Suffolk. I specialise in Yoga for beginners, or people returning to Yoga after a break, ensuring it can be accessible for all.

​

I am 200 hours qualified from Yoga Alliance and 300 hours qualified with World Yoga Alliance.

I have also completed further training with: 

  • 10 hours Teaching Yoga to Children and Teens (Yoga2Hear) 

  • 5 hours Teaching Yoga to Seniors (Yoga Medicine)

  • 20 hours Yin Yoga teaching (Yoga Renew) 

  • Chartered Psychologist + Teacher BSc QTS CPsychol

  • Introduction to Counselling Level 1.
