Based on feedback and availability I have now secured the 30th November for a gorgeous autumnal day at PAUS just outside Cambridge.
Located at PAUS, just outside Cambridge, this beautiful location has a range of outside hot tubs and saunas to enjoy in the gorgeous surroundings of nature.
Your day will include a three course meal (Vegan, veggie and Gluten free all catered for), a meditative bare foot walk AND an hour or gentle Pilates, Yin Yoga and a meditation session.
The day will start at 10.15, with pilates with the wonderful Natasha. Followed by rest, drinks and a walk.
You will then have a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga session, and then prepare the three course lunch.
Ready to book?
After lunch you will then have three hours to enjoy the outdoor hot tubs and sauna facilities! These are an opportunity not to be missed and most importantly prioritising yourself before the busy period begins!
You can secure your space with £20 deposit which is refundable if the event doesn’t go ahead, SO grab your hot tub friends and book on now!
