Yogalates Women's health workshop

Thanks so much to the ladies that joined us on the 24th May for our Yogalates workshop.
We had such a fantastic day with the ladies that had booked on, covering topics such as pelvic floor exercises with a soft ball! Hormonal and body changes, mood swings; we looked weight bearing exercises to help retain bone health and exercises and breath work to help keep us cool during our bodies temperature changes. We also looked at reasons why these changes occurred from a scientific and human experience perspective, which was fascinating. We cannot wait to confirm the next set of dates for these exciting and insightful sessions!
"I enjoyed the day very much, good mix of pilates and yoga and having the exercises specific to the pelvis and backed by science was really useful. Being provided with the ball and band was a nice touch and has helped me to continue with the exercises at home. Thank you".
