These two minute relaxing yoga videos are your perfect new nighttime ritual. Perfect for busy, stressed, or overtired minds and bodies, each 30-minute session gently guides you into deep relaxation and better sleep — no experience needed.

Here’s 2 x 30-minute yoga sequences designed to aid sleep, calm your nervous system, and transition your body and mind into a restful state. They are gentle, grounding, and entirely floor-based—perfect for practicing in bed or just before getting in.

 

🌙 Session 1 - mainly seated and on front: 25 minute bed time yoga, perfect to aid digestion prior to sleep.

 

🌙 Session 2 - mainly on your back: 30 Minute Bedtime Yoga Sequence for Sleep

 

Props Needed: Pillow or bolster (optional), blanket, dim lighting or candlelight.

 

Tip: Play soft music or nature sounds in the background.

 

Read through the notes and set up as part of your evening routine through the week.
