Back to basic's - Spring retreat:

So excited to be launching my first retreat for 2024! The half day will include the following aspects of Yoga and wellbeing:



Included in the day:


9.30am arrival at Penny Jones Pilates, behind Suffolk Food Hall.


10.00am Pilates workout and stretch session, focusing on range of reformer and circuit based activities, working with an experienced Pilates instructor and Physiotherapist.


11.00am Break and refreshments provided by Neal's Yard tea's. There will be a range of herbal tea's for

you to try and refresh yourself and energise for the next session of Yoga and enjoyment of the day.

11.30am Yoga and Vinyasa flow - focus on key poses and a little historic background on why they are so mportant in Yoga and how this transfers to your own health. As well as working through the poses I will supply a summary of this for you to take away and read through afterwards.


12.45pm light lunch and preparation to float away into the Suffolk countryside!


1.30pm Finish and departure.


This rest and relax day is suitable for anyone that wishes to practice Pilates and Yoga for the morning. It is the perfect opportunity to get together with friends and family or come along for yourself. We can't wait to meet you on the day!
